Fundamental Construction Services is the self-perform arm of Fundamental GC Services. We handle the hands-on trades that turn plans into structure: framing a home or commercial space, running interior and exterior trim, installing siding, and executing the carpentry scopes that keep a build moving.

Because we operate under an established general contractor, our crews bring more than craft  they bring an understanding of schedule, sequencing, and what the next trade needs. We work on our own projects and contract directly to other GCs, builders, and property owners who want reliable, accountable labor without the headaches.

What We Do

• Framing — Residential, multi-family, and commercial. Walls that are square, plumb, and inspection-ready.

• Trim & Finish Carpentry — Interior and exterior trim, doors, and the detail work that defines a finished space.

• Siding — Exterior cladding installed clean, weather-tight, and built to last.

• General Construction Labor — Blocking, backing, decking, and the carpentry scopes a project needs to stay on track. If it's structural or carpentry-driven, we can build it — or scope it with you.
